)-: Poor guy. My deepest sympathies. (Going to have to close my office door, crying now.)
He was a great kitty, and hecouldn't have asked for a better last many years, in a loving home with his brother after you rescued them. How is Sam handling it?
I'm so sorry. Poor Harry. He had the best life with you; you knew just how to take care of him, and this was the kindest decision you could have made to keep him comfortable.
I called you & left a message. Call back if you want, but I understand if you don't.
I am so sorry, and sympathetic, and tearful even though I didn't know him. I hope your grief is not overwhelming and soon gentles to fond memories of his life with you.
I love his little curled up feet! Eeee...! Sorry, had to give in to a cute moment, thank you for sharing those.
I'll loan you a whole passel of hugs, but I'll need them back at some date in the indefinite future--Poor fluffhead here has arthritis now, we try to keep on top of her meds so she could keep going for years, or not, who knows? She has slow achy days, but also the occasional bouncy puppy moment.
All I can do is scritch her while I can, give her the occasional tidbit, and enjoy the zen that she has in living for the moment, stealing one from her here and there to just burry my face and fingers in warm soft fur.
When the time is right, perhaps another small furry mewling existance will demand a home that only you can provide...?
I love his feet in that picture, too. It's one of my favorites of him. He was always extremely fastidious, keeping his fur blindingly white. I love his pink feet and nose.
I hope fluffhead manages to get by with no trouble for many years!
Laurie, I'm so sorry. I've grown quite attached to the cat I have now, I know I would be devastated if I were to lose him. *hugs* I can tell from the photos how much you loved him. I know he had the best life with you. You are in my thoughts.
