I can't say I'm a fan of zombie movies, but I sure liked the scene in that movie where he goes to the convenience store for breakfast as usual, and has such tunnel vision that he doesn't notice anything's awry. Also, I love the trailer I saw that implies that the message of the movie is that we are all dangerously close to acting, in our approach to every day living, in ways that would make it difficult to tell whether or not we are zombies.
Man, I love that movie! I saw it in the theater and laughed my butt off. Funny zombie movies are the best (not that many are overly serious)! I like the bit at the end, where people are keeping their zombies in sheds in the garden.
And King sort of runs with that same theme, albeit with less overt goofiness...
