Health update the last?

No, not the last because I am dead. Although around 3am I thought I might be! But no, I am totally on the mend. Still didn't sleep more than an hour at a time or so. But I slept a LOT of those hours. No deep sleep, but much much shallow sleep. I guess I'll live. I even summoned the energy to bring the small A/C up from the basement and slot it into my window. The humidity was making me gasp, so it's a good thing.

Today I worked from home for 8 hours, so I guess I'll have to go in tomorrow and work 8 hours in there.
