Oh yeah, I know -- we have the car, and I'm also assuming we'd both be healthy enough to travel, and have the money to find somewhere else to stay. The whole thing is a nightmare. The Humane Society is doing work for the animals affected, so I'm sending them as much money as I can, plus going to a blood drive in a couple of weeks... I suspect the blood supply is going to be even lower than it already is.
