My co-workers are all appreciative and nice and fun, so that helps.
I know what you mean about the postcards making you unhappy sometimes. I recently told a co-worker that it was unfair of her to wear such summery clothes because it made me wish I was somewhere besides work!
I forgot to mention flexible bathroom breaks. I've had jobs where you get a fifteen-minute break (or lunch) every two hours and that's it. It's nice that sometimes you can use the bathroom twice in one hour if necessary, and you don't even have to ask anyone!
And I also forgot to mention that sometimes my job requires walking to a different building. I really like that--it feels like goofing off during paid time.
