Mine: 1. Snacks in drawer 2. Lunch 3. Solving puzzles for co-workers 4. Walking to other areas for information 5. Fast internet access 6. Work stays at work 7. Jacket, plus extra sweater in drawer 8. Creating good training materials 9. Postcards hanging up all around office 10. Flexible lunch time.
I have a nice window with a great view behind me, but almost never look out of it.
