Date: 2006-02-28 05:44 pm (UTC)Black raspberries are similar to red raspberries (only, you know, black); they leave their core behind when you pick them. Blackberries keep their core intact (making them a better source of fiber, apparently). It also means that black raspberries are squishy and messy, just like red ones, and blackberries are easier to transport. And there are taste differences, too.
