A tax refund would certainly help the winter doldrums a bit, I'll bet.
I'm not sure that going outside these days is better than shutting the curtains and hiding all day, because peeking around GIANT SNOWBANKS at every corner gets really old really quickly. Wish there were some way to send you on a tropical vacation for a couple of days.
