Mostly, I think you should stand during presentations. I always feel weird when I sit and give a talk. I know that this company likes people sitting down to present (for the most part), but I think standing allows a lot more fidgeting and a lot more things to do to engage the audience. It also lets me control the room a bit more...things turn into a giant discussion when everyone is seated.
